Instinctive Meditation is a beautifully inclusive and accessible style of meditation that is highly individualistic and easy for students to learn and enjoy. Instinctive meditation is a different way of looking at meditation, it is highly creative and allows the mind to be free to wander and wonder, to explore and to dream. In this style, clients are encouraged to listen to their bodies internal wisdom around movement and stillness in meditation, not preferring one to the other. Instinctive Meditation believes that each individual is born with the innate capacity to bring themselves into a meditative state and individuals do this daily as a way to self regulate their nervous system without ever thinking of it as "meditation". Instinctive Meditation uses simple techniques to prolong and go deeper into the meditative state and explore the wildness of our internal landscapes. Meditating in this way is deeply enjoyable and wonderfully healing. This style is personal to each individual's unique needs and a style that anyone can do. When working with Crystal in one-on-one sessions, she will help one learn what their personal meditation style is, and how to employ this in their daily lives. During sessions, Crystal will weave together personal meditations for each client, drawing on her creativity, her knowledge of the Radiance sutras, and her training in Instinctive Meditation. This is a beautiful and relaxing self care experience that everyone can enjoy!
